Heather Birchill,CPP
Heather, the owner and founder of HBPayroll, is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) who has 20+ years of payroll and benefits administration expertise. Her payroll career has taken her into many different industries. From local book sellers to high tech and publicly traded to non- profit, she has had the opportunity to gain experience across a very wide variety of businesses. She has processed payroll for businesses of all sizes from single owner S-Corps to multi divisional corporations with as many as 7,200 employees covering 34 states and 5 countries.

Rhonda joined HB Payroll in 2020 as a payroll clerk. She is excited to be furthering her knowledge of payroll operations while utilizing her extensive organizational skills to provide best in class service to our clients.
